There is a private basketball area with basketball hoop as well as a firepit. The driveway can accommodate 8+ cars and is accessed via a private electric gate. If you are travelling with little ones we have everything you need available at the villa including toys, travel cots and high chairs. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Downstairs are three bedrooms, two of which are ensuite and the other has use of the family bathroom next to the bedroom. Upstairs there are two suites. Each suite consists of a primary bedroom, ensuite and secondary bedroom with single bunk beds (one of the bunk beds can pull out to make another single bed). These spaces are ideal for families travelling together with children. Both suites have large roof terraces with distant sea view and are stunning places to watch the sunrise. LOCATION La Gaviota is located on a beautiful road in El Pilar a short drive from Marbella, Puerto Banus and Estepona. A truly amazing location, a couple of minutes walk to highly reviewed restaurants, cafes and bars. At the end of the road is also a supermarket which is great for the essentials along with a fantastic restaurant and bakery. The butchers, pharmacy and many other great eateries and bars are only a short stroll away.
