A charming and delightful Andalusian villa is set in a very private and secluded plot of Rio Real, on the east side of Marbella. This is a single floor villa with 4 terraces, a private swimming pool and ample gardens to enjoy, as you look out over the sea to Gibraltar and enjoy views of the mountains. You're within easy reach of the beach, Marbella old town, golf and tennis, shopping and the motorways to the airport and beyond.The style is traditional, white walls, dark wood and terracotta roof tiles but mixed with some modern design features. It consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms which 3 are ensuite. The kitchen is fully fitted and has breakfast table.
