The villa can accommodate 8 people with its 4 bedrooms (180 cm double beds) and 4 bathrooms (2 showers and 2 baths). Upstairs, the parental suite has a large terrace. All bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning. Central heating in winter. In the basement you will find a playing room / home cinema, table tennis, badminton, darts, basketball, cards... Located at the end of a dead-end street, you will appreciate the calm of the tropical garden while being 3 min walk from all the useful shops (mini-market, restaurants, French bakery, pharmacy, bank… The garden and the terrace face south.
