Please keep in mind that the building does not have a lift/elevator and there is plenty of street parking available just outside the community grounds. This apartment is very well located near al amenities in the popular Pueblo Sports complex between San Pedro and Estepona town. There are plenty of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the area. The buses and taxis are easily accessed from here and the closest beach is only a 10/15 minute walk over the bridge. The El Paraiso golf club is also close to the property and Estepona town centre is about a short drive from the urbanisation and it provides several beach bars and restaurants. Estepona town is lovely and has a reputation to present itself for ideal tourism with the ambition to compete with the likes of Marbella.
