A cozy apartment overlooking Gibraltar in Miraflores- Rancho A. The apartment is 800 meters walk from the sea. Nearby you'll find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and popular beach bars. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, as it has one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It has a very modern and stylish interior, one bathroom and a spacious living room with a kitchen. From the living room you'll have access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and Gibraltar. The apartment is located in the closed community Rancho A, which is very nice and well-maintained. There are a swimming pool and a bar, just a few steps outside of the apartment. The flat is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, yet it is within walking distance to all necessary amenities. The nearest grocery stores within walking distance are "Miraflores Supermarket" and "Supercor Riviera del Sol" and you'll find plenty of other stores and restaurants along the way. On hot and sunny days, you'll find the beach "Playa de la Butibamba" within a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Along the coast in la Cala de Mijas, there are wooden paths, passing beaches and bars, ideal for long walks whilst enjoying the sun and sea. The path "Senda Litoral Mijas" is located in three different zones along the coast of la Cala de Mijas, and offers the perfect way for an active relaxation after a day full of adventures.
