Must see! Chalet in El Faro, recently renovated. Lots of things have been renewed ( invoices available with guarantee on the work). Community fees only 12 euro per month for the Communidad EL FARO. This house does not belong to a community with their neighbours so you can easily request a tourist licence. PARKING ON THE STREET. There is not an option at the moment to make a parking space. The house containes 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower. New kitchen installed. GARDEN IS COMMUNUAL. Meaning that you can put flowers and trees in and take care of your '0wn' part of the garden but there is no option to builld in a pool. The pool of the communidad EL FARO is very nearby and free of entrance. This is a must see!
